Nintendo has just released a brand new extended trailer for Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit, coming to Switch on 16th October.
It gives us our best look at the game yet – explaining how the kits, karts and tracks work. Set up for the game involves placing down four gates, then driving through each one to create a course layout. An area of roughly 12′ x 10′ is recommended.
The main mode in the game is Grand Prix – featuring eight cups and 24 different races in total. Kart speed is based on class (50cc – 200cc). There are also environmental themes to spice things up and each race is filled with familiar items like red shells, ink-spilling Bloopers, and even Bullet Bills that guide the kart around the track by itself.
In addition to Grand Prix, there’s custom race, time trials and a mirror mode. Get the full rundown in the video above and tell us if you’ll be picking up Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit when it launches later this month on the Nintendo Switch.
