Genshin Impact: Hypostatic Symphony – Waltz of Earth, Wind, and Thunder guide

Since Waltz of Earth, Wind, and Thunder is the final challenge for Genshin Impact‘s Hypostatic Symphony event, all three bosses are in play and you’ll be fighting them one after the other. You can refer to our boss guides below:

The key differences here come in the form of modifiers. Almost all the ones you’ve seen before can be selected. Plus, the time limits are now 300 seconds, 450 seconds, and 750 seconds.

Athough the maximum number of points you can get is 5,355, I would actually advise against trying to go for that (unless you happily became a whale and have all the gear in the world). Since the total required (for the entire event) is only 20,000, it’s possible that you’ve already hit this stage. There would be no additional reward waiting for you if you exceed that (perhaps just bragging rights).

For this challenge, Ganyu, Diluc, Chongyun, and Sucrose have a +20% damage bonus. Also, the boss has +50% resistance to cryo, pyro, and physical damage that can be selected.

Perhaps the toughest part of it all is that you’re still limited to four characters. You have to decide which ones are best to bring for all three fights.

Pure Anemo Hypostasis

It’s still a pushover. Just be sure to stun it when it turns into a butterfly. Oh, and don’t miss any of the Anemo orbs during its final stand or you’ll waste a lot of time.

Pure Electro Hypostasis

I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to one-phase it during its final stand since I didn’t use Xiangling. Thankfully, my Ganyu pulled through with her bloom snipes.

Pure Geo Hypostasis

This is actually the toughest one simply because I didn’t bring Zhongli. Even at a low level, he would’ve been amazing here. Alas, he’d be useless against the other two bosses since I barely leveled him up.

Anyway, my advise is to simply get the bare minimum required points for you to break 20,000. After completing this challenge, just grab your primogems and your remaining rewards. Lastly, don’t forget that Genshin Impact‘s Hypostatic Symphony event runs until January 31, so you still have plenty of time to complete all the challenges.
